Hi.. my husband (Tom) and I are going to meet some friends in Sutherland and from there head for Reedsport, up to Florence and then swing back to Eugene. If anyone is interested in joining us, we are meeting at the Rays Parking lot in Sutherland at 11am. Or you can email me if you have any questions.

Yes, we are thinking Elkton to Reedsport to Florence. Then back to Eugene but I was thinking about not taking 126. Tess was telling me how to come back another way..instead of turning right (East) to go straight at the intersection. Don't know the hwy numbers, sorry! But I've ridden on that road before and would be nice. anyway, if you are interested, Rays parking lot at 11am in Sutherlin

Thank you Tess for the spelling class. I wasn't sure and you weren't here for me to ask!! Would be cool if you could go for a ride with us. You could break off at any point and head back up north. Karen gave me a name and number of someone she met. I called and left a message to see if she wants to join us. She rides a Duc Monster bike. See you tomorrow. :victory-s

Can't make the ride, cause I gotta work, but if I get up in time, I might head over to Rays... Which is closed and has no sign anymore by the way, just to say hi and meet you folks. The road Jess is referring to is Hwy 36 around Triangle Lake.... and it is AWESOME!!!
Edwin, hope all works out for dad2.... Thoughts are with you...

I thought Tess meant Smith River rd. Hwy 36 is a great ride too. Either way I'm up for it. Is there room for me to tag along?

What a lovely day! We ended up with about 9 people riding. Jenn and Edwin peeled off at 126 and the rest of us continued on hwy 36 (I think). It wasn't too crowded on that road and had a pleasant ride. I only scared myself once...pretty much had a leisurely ride. Thanks everyone for coming out and joining in. Hope everyone made it home safe and sound! Have a good week! Jo

Thanks for a great ride everyone. it was nice and relaxed... always fun to leave the egos at home i think. my wrists were killing me by the end, so i was slower and slower the more miles we rode... but i still had a good time! hope everyone made it home safe... keith, hope you heal quick and hope your bike does too!!

Hi there, I wanted to say how much I enjoyed the ride yesterday as well. Good company and wonderful scenery, what more could a person ask for. Thanks for the get well wishes Tess. The shoulder held up fine, and the bike will be back too 100% soon enough. I think the reservoir on the clutch was too full, and I've ordered another side panel. All this thinking about ridding has got me itching. With that I'll say goodnight to my two finger typing. See you all next time:ride:
