This is my idea of a hell-of-a good time. As long as no one gets hurt.

I dunno -

maybe Im way off base here but some bikers (pedal power)have this attitude that everybody (Cars) is out to get them (thats how to stay alive on a scoot scoot) and there is this stigma between cars and bikes. Bikers want and deserve street "respect" and get mad if cars drive crazy around them. This video is like reverse racism.

If those were motorcycles, this board would be in a uproar about how that gives us a "bad image" and how dangerous and stupid those idiots are etc. Cops would be swarming and that video would be hard evidence that would end up getting thos bikers huge fines and bikes impunded. I am under the belief that if you want respect - treat others with respect, if you are on the road and expect the raod to be shared with you, then you must share the road as well and obey the rules that apply to everybody.

:yell::soapbox::yell:.....ok Im done:2cents:

on a side note, That did look like FUN. I just scored a Giant Cadex 980 (the older all carbon fiber one) and I cant wait to get back into cycling a bit for the heart and fitness aspect - my motorcycle is exercise for my soul:yes:

Frankly, that video scared the hell out of me, and I also think the cyclists could have shown considerably more courtesy, at least to the pedestrians. If they want to take their chances against a bus or a cab though, I say "have at it". I don't know what a Giant Cadex 980 is, but if it's all carbon fiber, it must be cool.
