View Full Version : Skating, Wednesday, October 24!!

Many of you indicated skating would be enjoyable social activity since a lot people won't be at bike nights anymore with the rain and all. So I have organized a skate on Wednesday, October 24!

I, my family and some other friends will be at Skate World for the Wednesday evening skate on October 24. The skate runs from 6:30-8:30, and is $3 which includes quad "roller" skate rentals (inline "rollerblade" rentals are $3 more). They don't allow food, and their selection is limited, so I would recommend eating beforehand.

Sorry, Tess. Fridays are just more crowded, plus I figured a lot of people might have Friday plans... :(

It's right up there with bowling which I never do anymore either.

I probably have a KidSport coupon I can share (for those of you who can't afford $3.
Of course then you'll have to buy me a taco or beer, so think about it. :rolleyes:

Sorry guys and gals. I have to go to my nephew's football game tonight, so won't be able to make it out to skating. :crying: Hope you all have fun, and remember to keep'em roller side down. :laughing:

I don't know that we could pull it off today, but I have my son on Wednesday nights, might be a fun way to spend them...will have to talk to the old man about it.

Yeah, We could all go inside the arena and warm up, compared to the outside temperature lately. Good Lord! Is it winter or some damn thing? I'm already tired of scraping my windshield every morning before work!
