I have a friend that has his own motorcycle shop. It's definitely more of a local mom and pop kinda place. It's not all corporate like a Cycle Sports or Ramsey Waite. But he can set you up with most stuff locally that you're looking for. He's got pretty reasonable prices and will hook everyone up registered on EugeneSportBike.com with a little extra discount.
