That's an awesome deal for tanning! Too bad you're so far away! I do need to get up there for a haircut and color soon though...maybe I can talk B into a whole day up there...I could use a pedicure and if I break one more nail I'm giving up and going back to acrylics!

Yes. I would have to bleach it out, then put color over it. Double process.

what about if u just wanted it to have a blueish tint on the tips not punk rocker blue. but i dont know how u guys do it or i would of done it already.
