Alright guys. There's a fundraiser going on at the West 11th Papa's Pizza (normal Bike Nights meeting place) for Josh, who went down last week. It's on August 3rd, a normal bike night, so please, plan on being there and getting some pizza! %50 of the value of your purchased food goes towards Josh to help with medical bills and home bills. You must have this flier with you. If you want, print it out, they will take any version. We will also be handing some out next bike nights. If you can't print it out, PM me with an email, and I'll send you an attachment, or mail you a copy. Thanks for supporting a fellow rider!

Go ahead, I headed up the last one, I'm not so sure they'd be too keen on me asking for more money for another fallen rider. About the 24th, thats super close, and they are usually pretty booked out. So, give them a call, make sure you request for hte W.11th one, and get the flier, It's pretty easy.

We should do some calling around to see if there are other establishments in the area that would do a similar fund raiser. Just a thought

Mike that's a great idea.... At one of the bike nite's I overheard someone metion something to the affect of maybe starting a " Fallen Rider fund " ... where we could just have a it on hand if needed.... we all could just put in a couple dollar's once a week at bike nite....

One thing we always do at car "cruise-in's" (which is pretty much what bike night is), is there's a 50/50 raffle. You put in a dollar, get a ticket, the winner gets half the money, and the rest goes towards the rider in need. It's usually really simple and a good way to make a little money without even having to do much.

Just a thought.

Actually, that helps a lot, already having the raffle tix. I'll plan on being at bike nights next week, and then maybe we can draw the raffle on the week after that? Ideas? I"m sure money quick would be appreciated, but this way people can buy next week, and then if they don't know about it, bring cash the week after that, and we can draw that day.
