With that solid rear axle, it's only good for going in a straight line. The thing was built for motorcycle hillclimbing, and probably wasn't all that good at it compared to the converted MX bikes that rule hillclimbing these days.
It looks like it would be possible to convert it back into a motorcycle though if the price is cheap enough.
That thing's pretty slow too. He's at the coast all the time
