That's too bad.
I really wish there was more detail in the article. I mean, why did she lose control?

I agree. How do you lose control on Franklin Blvd? ...Unless a car cuts you off or you hit a sink hole. And her helmet came OFF? Was it a brain bucket with a loose strap or a borrowed helmet that was too big?
RIP... very sad.

Perhaps somebody cut her off and she grabbed a handfull of brake.....??? It would suck to be hit by your own motorcycle - as the last thing you see in your life.....
Just sad.RIP

My father drove by this crash right after it happened. He said it was very grim... Very! He called me and explained what he had seen, and then later that evening the news covered the story in much more vague detail. I guess the bike landed on her head and smashed it. Talk about freak accident... At least the bike smashing the head part.

She was a harley rider, so I'm assuming she wasn't wearing proper head protection. My father wears one of those stupid things. I guess you look pretty cool, but it doesn't really serve any kind of purpose.

It's always sad to hear of these things.
I imagine almost any bike landing on any head gear would be all bad.
My thoughts go out to they family and freinds.
