I had my bike lowered and they didn't shorten the kickstand. Can anyone help me shorten it or tell me if it's possible!

yes it's possible, I'd do it for you but I'm down in Myrtle Creek. cut off how much you need from the bottom making sure it is at the right angle so when you weld the flat bottom piece back on it is flat on the ground when leaned over. pretty easy just need a welder.

I could do it at work. I just did my fiance's 650S. You will need a rear stand unless you feel good about proping it up against something..
Its pretty easy though.
1. Measure. If you dropped the bike an inch then that is what you take out.
2. Remove stand.
3 Line it so it stays the same direction.
4. Cut the section out as low to the foot as possible. Clean up area.
5. Weld.
6. Paint.
7. Install.
8. Voila! Your done.:victory-s
Of course this does involve some special tools but.......
Any machine shop around town can hook you up too. Just take the stand off and take it to them.

Hey Jeffery, is it ok if I just bring you the kickstand by it self?
