I heard it mentioned briefly on the radio yesterday and on PNWriders, but no details. Anybody know anything?

Story from a person that saw the incident was as follows:

Rider was weaving in and out of traffic on 126, pulled in front of a big rig and clipped the bumper. Dumped the rider in front of the big rig and rider went under. Not a pretty picture from what I hear.

Story didn't make the news or anything.

Damn. I saw a nasty video on one of those crazy sites where a rider went under a big rig and was basically turned into hamburger between the doolies.

for real. folks who stuff their bikes under cars trucks guard rails etc etc have got no buisness on the road and are a hazard to society. im not sure how they survive as long as they do.

I am still pretty dizzy because of the whole brain tumor thing, so it's alot easier for me to keep my balance on 4 wheels, ya know. So, this weekend, a few friends and I are going to florence to ride at south jetty. If you can steal or rent a bike, or quad, you are more than welcome to join us. PM me if you want and I'll give ya all the technical BS.

P.S. You do know that I no longer live on lorane hwy right? I bought a house in cottage grove, so there isnt enough room to ride, unless you really want to get dizzy.

Wish I could make it this weekend, but I have been fighting off a bad bug and doubt that I will be fully recovered by this weekend. I will have to keep in touch to try to make the next one. :rad:

If I can make it out, I'll be at PIR on Sunday for a Porsche club trackday. 4 wheels aren't quite as cool as 2, but track time is track time. :smilewink
