Now that's a SWEET bike. I don't know much about the old Vincents but it is a chain drive that is in the right side of the bike, correct? If so, it looks like a sprocket on the left side with no chain around it, what's up with that or am I just seeing things. In any case, that is a BAD-ASS bike.:bow: :thumbup:

Oops, sorry, been out riding. Missed this.

There are two sprockets on a Vincent. One on each side of the wheel. (two brake drums as well).
You can change gear ratios just by taking the wheel off and turning it around.

Of course, this shoots to h3ll any directional requirement for the tire!
Most Vincent owners don't bother to take advantage of that feature.
