Why is bike night on Thursday night?

I have always wondered why our bike night is on Thursday night instead of Friday night? I'm not complaining I love the event I just need to cure my ceriousity:thinking:

that goes way back before my time. I would be happier if it was a different night because I go to night school on Thursdays from 6pm - 10. but then it's not all about me :D

Friday nights is generally a bad night for a gathering because people tend to have other, higher priority plans.

Ya very true, hard to get up at 4am the next morning to go to work though!

It would also be very hard to find a location for Friday. Every club I have ever been in from RC cars to gun guys meet on thur or wed. Probably also a great break from work and the family in the middle of the week.

I will try and be at this bike night. I might be in a van, but I will try and be there.

Always wondered myself. Sounds like its been that way for sometime. Maybe we could start a poll ----a day and a location. Not apposed 2 either. Sometimes change is good. Just my 2cents
