Over off 22nd and Garfield they painted this great big street mural. I'm seeing it as a big road hazard? if it rains or gets wet its really slick. I think it should go away. If I can get enough people together on this I can get it removed. Please post up with your opions on this.
Thanks

paint on the road is always slick...even in the dry weather its slicker than pavement and our tires are designed to be riden on pavement NOT paint. I would be willing to help out if needed. let me know.

What needs to be done? Not really sure what needs to be done. I plan on calling the city monday about it. What really gets me is this group of hippie tree hugers can block off the hole street for the day and paint the street. But if we wanted to do some thing like that for the bike group they would have a fit and tell us NO WAY.
I'm sure I will need a good group of people to bitch about it to get it removed, or at least stop them from doing it next year. this is the second year in a row they have done this.

If you fing out where to call let everyone know. I wouldn't mind calling.
As Cartman would say "Hippies suck"

I would be willing to throw down for that if we could get enought people to agree to go
and we would need to get a petition started to make it worht it.
A block party would be fun anyways!! Wonder how they would feel about stoppies down the sidewalk? ha ha

I would definatley show up and throw down some cash to cover costs, maybe do some quick stops or burnouts on the paint? Maybe the hippies wouldnt do it again next year :P

Give me some time to make some calls and see if I can get some thing going. As for the when and where not sure if we can just pick a spot. I will find out. I just need to make sure there will be a big turn out for it. Like the BBQ or the roadie days ride.
