Its not too hard to post a video. Here's one method...

First, you will need to set up an account at a video host site such as youtube. Then you will need to upload that video to that video host site. Wait for them to approve your vid, which usually takes 1 to 3 days, sometimes longer. And finally, you can post a link to your video.
