Well, on the new R1 anyway. I really liked the green glow that Josh (s0r3_L0s3r) Has done on his Kawasaki, And thought Id like something similar. So after a trip to Auto Zone, this is what Ive come up with. let me know what ya think...

I really dig the blue tail light; however, I'm afraid the local constable won't much appriciate it...unless of course you can change it back to crimson.

x2.

Is that just an aditional blue light that you put in there...or did you replace the red taillight all together?

Looks VERY good though! Nice choice with the blue.

Hey mike, I smell a little bit of photoshop in that first pic :bounce: (Thundercat in the background)

But yeah, that tail light looks super trick. Have you checked to see what color it would be with both the blue and red shining at the same time, just curious :smilewink.

The blue on the brake lite is just on a toggle. It wont be on while he is actually riding...

Thanks for the warnings and the concern about the local authorities. I Ran import street race cars for several years and know well the do's and dont's of pretty colored lights and the road, so I put a nice discreet toggel switch on the bike to turn it on ONLY WHEN PARKED.

To answer the question of what it looks like when the blues are on with the normal red light, it turns the tail light a nifty shade of purple. Looks really cool too! Ill try and get a pic of it this evening.

The brand of lights I found were called: Pilot and there were several kinds to use. not too expensive either. And they seem to be quite bright!
Looking forward to showing you all at bike night THIS week for sure.
