When I pulled back into my spot at work I noticed a bit of oil on the ground, not a lot, but a spot. I looked at my fork (only briefly as i was returning to work), and found that there is oil on it... Does this mean my fork seals are Blown? or could there just be some dirt up there or?

Clean the fork, pump the frontend a few times (hard), check for more oil. If you find some, Daniel gave you the answered.

My busa sat for a few months( for paint) and it had a little oil on one of the forks. I started ridding it and it quit so hope it is a simple thing like dirt or something..
