Breaking it down..

Well took the bike apart today. I must say its a little worse off then I tought. The worse off was the radiator. When the bike his the trarmac it shoved the radiator over about one inch. It bent the intake, hangers and the bottom return tube. The stay is fairing toast along with both front brake lines. I ordered several parts today, ran $250. and some change. Holding off on the radiator and fairing stay, might have donated parts. I'll post a daage pick later. :nutkick

Well, no I'm not going to be ready. Have to hunt down some parts and if I can't get the radiator fix, I'll have to dig up $350 somehow

What bike was down? 2004 CBR600RR? if this is the case Ebay should have a lot of parts (used and new ones) and cheaper than usual...

Well picked up a radiator today for $120.00. MAJOR THANKS ALEX, good find..... Should be at the door within a week. Still looking for a fairing stay and a replacement Vortex slider. On another note, If anyone has a Mastercylender holder, (the back plate for the front brake purch) I need one. I thought I had one in the man cave, but can't find it. The master cylender is fine, just the holder is broke. PLease help out the poor and old....thanks

Well put the cables in and new right side clip-on and stuff. Next is the radiator, that should be here this week and then a faring stay. In all it was good to clean the bike, you can't beleave how much dirt and grime is under the gas tank. Here is a pic....

Well the radiator came in today. The front stay should be here by Monday. Besides that all I need to do is put it back together and paint the mother........I can here it now, Thunderhill in November.
