:clapping: So I'm going to start this thread with a subject that is a little touchie with some pepole (I used to be one). As some of you know I just got a new CBR1000RR. I got it at Cycle Sports. I also got the gold main. plan to go with it. Thay also hooked me up with a set of M3's (all I paid was mounting 40 bucks not bad for M3's):D So I got the bike on tus. the 9/23 with 0 mls. nice new tires and a :D . Later that day I noticed some scraches on my rear wheel not real bad but a new bike shouldn't have scraches on it! I'm the kind of guy that would have let it go but every one kept saying I should have them fix it and you know what!!!! Thay did not with a sharpie (like old cycle gear would do) thay had me come in after work and swaped it for a rim off a bike on the show room floor:clapping: Thay are working on getting there rep. back and this is a big step in the right direction:thumbup: I know thay have a lot of new pepole working there and thay have done right by me. Iam vary happy with the experience there and I will be sending more of my busness there.:rad: :ride: :victory-s

It's good to hear that Cycle Sports is moving in the right direction. BTW, how are you liking the new bike?

Need you ask Mats? I understand he keeps a chamois with him at all times to wipe the droll and tears of joy off the thing.........
Keep us posted on the Cycle Sports thing. It's early in the game and I'll be watching. I have such a strong alligiance to Cycle Parts that the only reason I would think of straying would be to by a Kaw or Honda.
Happy for you buddy!

I bought my Kawasaki there in May, and I've had a good relationship with them. Being relatively new, they've given me tips and tricks and made sure everything was going smoothly for me. Sure, they've got new faces almost every time I'm in there, but they have good customer service skills with me. They've got my business.
