August is a good month for stuff like this because of no holidays in it. So most people are not so pressed for time. I wasn't able to attend or help out last year but this year put me down for anything you might need. :thumbup:

I have some yard space on the grass... and parking should be no problem too... but I have no equipment :sad:, but as far as providing space for bbq I think I could qualify :thinking: I also have no TV lol... only my laptop and speaker system...
