A friend and I where riding back from the coast on sunday along hwy38, staying south trying to avoid the rain, a few miles out of reedsport we caught up to a boat in tow that had dropped it's buoy off the back, and apparently the buoy was tied up very well. Scared to pass, we enjoyed watching this thing bounce, grab snow markers, and ride in the oncoming lane, those things can get into alot of trouble when being drug 50 to 75ft behind the source in which was dragging it. Finally it ripped off at the buoy portion when it wrapped around one of the snow markers, then we were just stuck with a boring rope, but still it was so far behind the vehicle, was still hard to pass. They finally noticed something was wrong when we were going through Scottsburg.
