I'm glad you're alright and that there was no serious damage. Right after you go down, it looks like you're waving at the bike.
BTW, do you have frame sliders as well as axle sliders?

Not too bad of a get off. I've been bitten on that corner before, but luckily I kept it upright. Glad you're ok and the bike is still ride-able.

definitely got alot of good race in for us to watch. I know exactly what corner that was, it's that sharp right before the tricky lefty.

:)Nice video and of course, glad you and T-Kat are okay. My favorite part(s) of the video is you passing others like they were picking their noses.

Yep, just scratches over scratches.
...Right after you go down, it looks like you're waving at the bike.
Haha, everyone says that... It wasn't a wave goodbye, but more like a see you in a minute.
...BTW, do you have frame sliders as well as axle sliders?
Yep, frame and axle sliders (only the rear axle). They did a great job. :rad:

Yeah, I got bit on that same corner the last session of my first track day, but with better results, as well. Video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99GOL0629CA)

Thanks Eric. :victory-s I am getting pretty good at it, but maybe I should put more effort into perfecting my riding, instead of my crashing technique.
:)Nice video and of course, glad you and T-Kat are okay...
Actually, that was the R6 that got all the "love and attention" that day.

Haha, yeah, those are some of my favorite parts too. :ride:

Holy hell, Tom!
I'm shaking so hard from just watching that....
Holy....
I'm glad you are ok. Not too bad, and I actually found myself getting into the corners in my chair. :bounce:
But, bammm!
Does that reaction EVER leave once you have experienced it first hand? *shiver* :kfc:

Haha, Thanks Kris.
Yeah, watching something like that on video is always more intense than actually experiencing it. My heart always does a double beat when the video gets to that part. No matter how many times I watching. If I start at the beginning, it always catches me off guard. :crash::laughing:
I dinged up some of my riding gear from the crash. So I had to dial it back in the after noon sessions. If you look really close at my avatar pic, you can see all the dirt on my right sleeve of my once piece.

..Thank goodness for good gear and 'skills'.
Oh, my crashing skills are second to none.
...Good to see you smile at the end.
Thanks. I got to ride away, and keep riding the rest of the day. There was plenty to smile about.

Hey Tom -
Glad all is good - what happened there? It looked like you just got on the throttle like normal and the bike just kinda squished out. Tires roached? Too much throttle for the lean angle? Any lessons learned that will help it not happen again?
