Ok so I have been looking in to bringing a show to town. I have already contacted Jessica Maine and her crew they charge 3500 +expenses I have yet to here back from Jason Britton. But she told me he was more. I need to find out who is interested in helping me get this going both with shops to help and space to do this. I will be looking into the permits in a week or so.

Ok so today I spent a little time working on this. I have two shops that as soon as I can get stuff on paper they will look it over and see what they can do to help. I have choises on places to hold this 1 being the airport over flow lot (cheepest) 2 fairgrounds I will look in to the prices for both. Then I want to look into addvertizing maybe. Then an entry fee.? To cover cost maybe do some thing for food for lane county? I have time if I can. Stay ontop of it all. If any one knows who to contact about the airport overflow rentle that would be a big help.

dont think the fairgrounds are flat enough. and i know there is alot of gravel there also.

Hey man, just some things to think about. Where ever you have it, the people are going to want a liability insurance policy with them as a named party. Not so much for the stunt riders, but in case someone trips over the fencing or spills hot coffee in thier lap...LOL. Find that out and get a price. Also, you will probably have to get some kind of a "special function" permit from the city.

This sounds like an awesome project. Good luck with it.:clapping:

Contact the City of Eugene airport directors office about the overflow parking lot; they should handle it or tell you exactly who does.

Address: 28855 Lockheed Drive Eugene, Oregon 97402
Phone: (541) 682-5430

The airport overflow is often used by the Eugene police for training purposes, maybe Mike could put in a good word? No pressure, just I've seen it in use by them almost exclusively when I was flying out at KEUG often.

I have not herd for Jason yet. I will send one more email. If some one would lie to check on the airport thing would help. Just see what the cost is. I'm just running out of time in my day to do every thing I want to do.

Nothing new from me. I have been trying to get all the school stuff done first. And the fact the big money it will take I think its not going to happen.
