It's always nice to see a win. Did you use an attorney or did you do it yourself?

Yes I had help from my attorney since I live in AZ. And there was no way I was going to be able to fly up for the trials. The 1st one was on nov. 30th my plae was how can she pin one person for one speed when her radar was bouncing off all of us at such a random rate. Not only that but on my and dereck's tkt the field of method of tracking was completly unchecked. So that was fail number 2. 3 you could easly tell that she was new to the police force by the way she spoke to us. So after the 1st court case the judge decided to have a second trial on the case set to Jan. 4th. My atorney called me and sId if there was any way I could make it up fir that trial it greatly help my case. Well I'm glad I stayed in az. Cause my atorney called me with the great news of my trial bieng dismissed. And from the begening my case wasn't about the fact that I wasn't speeding. It was more of the fact that I was falsely acussed of a speed that I wasn't going. I had a pasenger on the bile with me that night and she asked me not to go to fast. So I respected her wishes. And around the last corner that we all went around before the cop flipped a bitch I was going 61 in a 55 and she wrote every one up for 69 in a 55 which isn't all that belivable that every single person was going the exact same speed. So all in all I get to keep my lisence and my job. So even though I'm out $450 for my atorney I ak saving alot more on the long run with my insurance company keep making my money here in AZ. See gou guys in May. And don't forget to keep the shiny side up.
