Okay, not sure if this has been talked about on this forum before, but I would like to get some opinions. Does anyone here have an opinion on ECE vs Snell. Here is a link that explains the two very well. Would love to get some feedback on this one.

The following might help you discern which is best. Sounds like Snell is not faring as well as ECE.

Both of the links you posted are a little dated. They are talking about Snell 2000 and Snell 2005.
Snell 2010 is brand new, and has adopted some of the preferred ECE attributes and kept the positive Snell attributes. The new Arai is certified ECE and Snell. That makes me wonder why the other ECE helmet manufacturers don't get the Snell rating as well.
It seems to me, based on the tests seen on the Arai Europe website, that the Snell test is more thorough and manages energy better. That's just what I get from the site.
