Both times have been stopped. *Exertion of Power* Both officers told me they had bikes them self's and let me off with a be more care full.
They still scare me though.

I'm not sure about this guy, someone cuts and stops in front of me gun drawn like that. I can't say i would still around. Shit someone just getting out of the car like that.
GTFO would be on my mind.

That pull over was not done well. I would have interpreted the unmarked car and officer as a road raged driver by the way he pulled in front and cut him off like that. The camera was on top of his helmet, it was obvious he was filming. WTF. Then they take his computers when they serve the warrant. Again WTF. Actions like that can only be interpreted as intimidation, not just of the rider in question, but of any motorist that would like to record an image of an encounter like that. Basically, they can record you but you can't record them. What are they the Gestapo?
