Well... I've known Red... I guess he's known as Mike on here for several years now... mostly into the Horse thing myself. Getting into bikes... gas milage sux with my truck! I've ridden dirtbikes and the like but never a sports bike so I wanna get one... I think I'll love it... and I've been told I'll love it.

Anyways... I'm 19 going on 20 here in a couple months. I'm 5'11" 130lbs (yes I know, model type). Currently my hair is Burgundy but I'm naturally a blond with light brown/greenish eyes. Horses are my life though I just lost my 3 year old to a bad case of Colic so I'm at a loss for what to do right now. I'm working 2 jobs at the moment... soon to be back to 1 full time! Thank god! Erm yea if there is anything else you wanna know feel free to ask. I'm pretty open about most things, but if you hit a sensitive spot I'll let ya know... I'm definatly one who can defend myself cuz I kick ass... litterally.

Welcome Andi!
Sorry to hear about the loss of your horse. That's so sad, I love horses, I used to have two.... but I have to admit, I wouldn't trade my sportbike for anything. It eats less and doesn't poop in the garage (cause it's not a Harley...lol.) Always good to see more women riding... I hope you get a bike soon.

Hi,
It's interesting how many of us love horseback riding and then discover the joy of motorcycles.
For sure on the poop scooping, vets, shoes, tack and a dozen other things.
I do miss riding in the fog and feeling the warmth of a horse though. Can't find that with the ole Yamaha!
Very sorry to hear of you loss of such a young horse. There's nothing like the pain of loosing an animal. Many years ago I had to put my gelding down. Very sad time.

Hope you get that street bike soon!

KVL

Awesome, another rider!!!! I have an 8 year old Kiger/Paint mare, and a 13 year old Arab/Quarter cross mare. Mike is also into horses, and has a Fresian horse as well named Tieda. :rad:
