Odell Lake (and vicinity) Run Friday, June 17th

I have tomorrow off and need to make a run to Odell Lake to check the boat ramps and such. Heard different reports that the ramps are still snowed in, or there's no trailer parking due to deep snow, etc. etc. etc. No one can keep their story straight!

Gives me a reason to ride! Going to run the bike up there and back; perhaps check out Crescent too while I'm there. Lunch at Manning's or Manley's. If time allows, my run Aufderheide a bit to see what shape it's in.

Need to be back early afternoon (3-4ish) or earlier.

Anyone wanting to join for a leisurely trip can meet me at Nina's coffee stand (the one on 11th one block past Bertleson - out by Wal-Mart) tomorrow morning 11:30 sharp... all gassed up and ready to go.

Can discuss more at bike nite tonight if anyone's interested. It will probably be cool temps, so dress appropriately!

Hey Nathan, I was just up 58 yesterday (Wednesday) and I don't think you'll have any problems. Willamette Pass Ski resort's slopes are one thing, but I saw little indication that boaters were having difficulty getting into Odell. Of course this was all surmised as everything was a blur in my haste to make a 10:00 appointment in Bend.

Just don't want to waste the $4 gallon gas in my boat and Silverado if I can't launch... would rather play and run with the motorcycle "just to be sure"! Gives me a reason to ride, too....
