Sorry if this is off topic, but does anybody ride dirt on this list? It's about that time of year, too cold to ride on the street, but just right for dirt.

I haven't had a dirt bike of my own since I was 18, but if someone has an extra one and is looking for a riding partner, I am game. I am always game to play with other peoples toys.:bounce::ride:

I sold my dirtbike about three months ago.. :mecry: I miss it so much!. I want to buy a CRF250X, and I'm jonesing to ride in the dunes again, so it may not be long. I just bought a '73 XR75, but I'd be trailing way behind on that...lol.

Ya, I ride those things. My bike's are down right now, but I usually ride every weekend and at least several times during the week. I usually either just jump, or ride at the coast (and of course jump) though. I've pretty much gotten out of the whole trail riding thing.

I can't blame you there... I seem to get hurt on the trail alot. Where do you jump at usually? My neighbor has a little mini track with just a couple puny jumps. Jumping is my FAVORITE!!!

Got a buddy out in Cresswell with some ramps on his property. Right now that's my favorite place to go. I'm working on getting to be better friends with Justin Homan and Chad Cleaveland (with the m/m)...cause I really want to start riding at there practice area out in Redmond (at homan's house). Besidese that...just anything I can find, lol. Mostly the coast though.
I think this winter I'm going to build a ramp though. I'd like it to be a portable one too that I can just tow to wherever I want.

Where at in Creswell? The "rich" side or the "dirt" side?...lol. (Yah, I live on the dirt side!:shhh: )
Ummmm, I forget the name of the road...but it's about 5 or so miles south of Hwy 58....just on the east side of I-5, if that makes any sense. I don't think it's quite in the Cresswell city limits. It's definatly a nice place!
Which side of Cresswell is the rich side and which is the dirt side?

Oh, he's on the "rich" side then.... just teasing... there are nice places on both sides of the freeway but the east side is getting a better "rap" because of all the expensive houses being built around the golf course...right next to the dairy...PEeEW!

Yes, I've been stuck on the side of Powells Hill multiple times...trying to kickstart my old bike after it tipped over flooded... I like Huckleberry but its very rocky there...:crash:

Its not super close but I've heard Millican is awesome. Very rocky and very steep though. There's always the Albany MX track or one of my favorites... the Salem AX track. :bounce: There is also Mt Baber out towards Newport, although you have to be a member to ride there...but well worth it!
There's some places just west of Corvallis...but I haven't been there in a while and I can't remember the name of the place. I'll think about it though.
How close to Corvallis are you wanting?
