Hi, Heard about the sportbike website and thought I'd check it out. I'm in Roseburg. Not a 1% guy, but I like to move my FJR along in something other than a straight line.

Been riding off and on since 1980 (I'm an old fart), and ride year round.

The rides last week were a bit chilly, wet, and windy, but still better than a cage (though I wimped out and drove the truck once). The bike rode on rails, even at 70-90 mph through the pass north of Rice Hill. Great seeing the faces on the cagers as I passed them.:ride:

Next Spring I'll put on some fresh rubber and try to keep up with you guys.

My name is Michael, I ride an 04 Triumph Thruxton and I'm the webdev / customer relations guy at the local Triumph store.

I've come to a couple of Thursday night get-togethers, I'm looking forward to coming to more.

Iv'e been riding for 44 years now and I can be a bit of a curmudgeon when it comes to my motorcyclist opinions. Be prepared! And, ride safe.
