yes i did brandon... i sold my ninja a couple weeks ago and paid off all my debt... went down to c.g. yamaha yesterday and officially laid claim to my ducati. will be picking it up saturday :) cant wait to take it out and see how it handles! :rad:

bobby- i'm so glad your surgery went well and that you'll have a shorter recovery time! thats 6 wks faster that we'll be rollin' together on our new toys!!! hope you heal quickly buddy :smilewink

Yup, I'm loving the pills:thumbup: Even managed to put a little weight on my leg yesterday (just for a second). I can only bend it a few inches each way, but I'll get there. Can't wait till this is healed so I can ride!!!!:ride: You are all welcome to come visit if you want. If you don't have my number, pm me and I'll get it to ya.

Doing MUCH better today. The swelling is going down, and I can move it a little more today. I even got to the coffee pot and back to the couch without my crutches:thumbup: Still hurts quite a bit, but at this rate, I'll be riding shortly after the stitches come out:bounce:

Hey all guess what........No cane, even. Getting around pretty good without it. Thanks for the phone call yesterday, Tess. Nice to talk to someone for a bit:yes: , I'm tired of laying around doing nothing all day and night. Kim's been sick in bed for two days, so just me and the TV for the most part.

Well, I'm sitting here on my 10th cup of coffee and my 3rd vicoprofin......or is it my 10th vicoprofin and my 3rd cup of coffee:thinking: Oh well, I guess that means they are working:lol:
Had a bit of a setback in the recoup. Woke up around 1 AM yesterday morning feeling like someone had smashed me in the knee with the hammer:bash: Had virtually no pain when I went to bed, still don't know what happened to make it mad.
So off to the doc we went at 8AM when they opened(hadn't slept at all-pills weren't doing anything, could hardly move it or put weight on it)
My doc is out of town, so had to see someone else, who basically said " I'm not sure what is causing it, just keep working it and stretching it:wtf: They did at least take the stitches out while I was there. So I came home, upped the meds and started pushing myself. Today I can walk without crutches, but it's still really sore.
Someday I'll get to ride again............:yell:

Oh yeah, I still haven't watched Reservoir Dogs, Keshtie. Kim came home early that day, and we watched the Italian Job instead. Looks like I'll have more time to watch those movies than I thought.:censored:

Yeah, yeah, I'll slow down (a little):yes: I figured out what was causing the problem this morning. I stopped propping it up when I was sleeping. Then rolling over in my sleep, and hyper-extending it untill the pain woke me up. Same thing happened this morning.
Mystery solved.....I knew all the Scooby-Doo when I was younger would pay off someday:laughing:

How's the knee? Sounds like your Scooby Doo slewthing paid off - hope you didn't rip the bandages off to reveal the true "criminal". And like a someone said previously, take your time getting well. I've pushed a few injuries only to have them push back even harder....it ain't fun (says angel on left shoulder). That being said, wrap that sh#t up and get on that bike!!!! I mean, you dont even really need both legs - a broom handle and duck tape could mod your gear shifter (says little red dude on the right). Cheers to spring dreams!!!

Just got back from the doc.
