I don't know of anything available but stay away from Jennings & Co. Not a good company to rent from, you will never get any of your deposit back, and they will probably tack a few extra charges when they decide not to renew your lease...

At work there is a posting of a place to rent for $1450/month. Looks nice(too nice?). Also, a coworker may have a room for rent. PM sent with contact info...
