from the car and the "stupido" comments it sounds like italy. If you hit with anything other than an open fist, i.e a slap, it is considered assualt with a deadly weapon... he probably didn't want to get arrested.

Somehow, I almost think the authorities would understand if he did....then again, it kinda looked like it was his fault for driving into cross traffic.

For as pissed off as he was, he really did the right thing and walked away. He kept his distance the whole time and did not seem to make any threatening motions towards the woman. Props to one hardcore "rider"(crash test dummy more like it), but should have had a helmet.:crash: :bash:
