Schuberth C2 Flip-Up Helmet (http://www.schuberth.com/index.php?id=23&L=1) For Sale ($200)

$500 new (I paid $450).
Black
Size Large (but I wear a medium in all other brands, so if you normally wear a medium or large you might give a test fit if you are interested).
Super Quiet - easily the quietest helmet I've ever personally used, possibly the quietest made.
Integrated sun visor.
Aerodynamically engineered.
Specifically engineered to ensure above adequate fresh air supply to keep riders cool and prevent rider fatigue (from low oxygen).
Very good condition, but depending on how picky you are could use a new visor (I got a couple rocks).
Bought new ~2 months ago, wore about a dozen times.
I just don't like it they way I thought I would. I wanted something quiet, which this is, but I just don't like the fit. I prefer my Shoei RF-1000.
Questions? Just PM me.

Could someone please drop me a clue? There doesn't seem to be any interest at all in this. It's a basically new, high quality helmet for a significant discount. What am I missing?!?

I have a black Shoei RF-1000 I'd consider trading. However it is a size large... I wear medium size now after I learned my head wasn't as big as I thought...

Thanks, but I have a smaller head and really need a medium. :)

I might be interested. Does the speaker cord work for an ipod or is that for 2-way communication or what?? Never had a speakered helmet.

I have taken that out since those pictures were taken, but I'd consider selling it as well if you like it. It's mostly for a radio/comm system, but might work with an mp3 player.

In all honesty, however, I'd recommend you use in-canal earphones (commonly referred to as "canal phones") for mp3 listening. That kills 2 birds with 1 stone - noise reduction and music - and is what I do. I bought a pair of Sony Fontopia earphones on sale for $30, and cut off the stems so I can push them further into my ear. For me, that's the perfect amount of noise reduction and sound. I also have a pair of Etymotic canal phones that are better quality, but cut out a bit too much noise for my preference - I like to hear SOME things!

Lemme know if you wanna see the helmet & what not, or want more info on the earphones.
