Do we have a meeting place for Bikes and Cages for the Eugene/Springfield folks? There might be things that will travel better in cars that could be transfered off bikes.

if you want to do a ride like hwy20 to hwy22 its a 3hr. ride, lot of fun. or I-5 vary boring. its also labor day weekend so traffic will s--k, I-5 may be the best rout. any one else got any ideas speak up.

So far we have a couple of packs each of burgers and dogs, some sausages and buns, chicken ziti, some sort of salad, beans, couple of cases of soda, plenty of plates, some plastic utensils, condiments, a watermelon.
Could probably use more bbq stuff, and chips or sides, or soda....whatever you can manage to get here on the bike. I won't ask you to get ice:D
I'll be checking this thread in the am, so if anyone else wants to go, speak up:thumbup:

The Oregon Get-Together was very FUN! We all met at Bobby and Kim's and loaded up the truck with everything except their microwave( I think that almost made it as well). We had a nice ride up to Albany and met some more riders there. It took a while for us to get there as I wanted to take the very long way there instead of I-5 which I hate. After a while we all left Albany and headed out thru Scio , Stayton, and Sublimity, and on to Silver Creek Falls.
We had quite a turnout. I'm not sure how many folks showed up, but we had enough food to feed a small army. Good Job to everyone who planned this function. Steve,Keshtie, Bobby and Kim, our lovely chase truck driver, and everyone else who was involved. THANKS!!!!!!!!! You all ROCK!!!!!!!!
The ride home was equally entertaining, and the roads and curves as delicious as usual. Gotta love all the Scenic Byways we have here in Oregon. I can't get enough.

That train trestle undercrossing on Love Lake Rd. is scarier than it looks. It is actually 7' 1" tall. The only time that it is real sketchy is in the rainy season. I have seen water collect under there 18" deep. That is why they recently put a water depth guage sign on the right side.
