I took Wolf Creek to Lorane via Siuslaw River Rd the other day and there were a lot of fresh patches with extra gravelly goodnes. Amost all of the rough spots were down river from the 'falls'. I imagine it will be pretty sweet once it gets cleaned up and repainted. Until then, take extra care out there.

he said that the bikes are coming up hill on that road so they didnt need to clean it cause bikes wouldnt have a problem riding up that. we should set a race to go down hill on it on bikes and maybe they clean it.

I was up on Wolf Creek Rd. last week and it was very clean. Siuslaw River Rd. had a lot of gravelly patches, though. Coming back down Wolf Creek a deer jumped right out in front of me while I was doing about 80mph on that long straight stretch.
I didn't have time to even think about hitting the brake, so it's a good thing the deer made it (by about 8-10 feet) SCARY!

depends on whether your going uphill or downhill I think. :idunno: not something I want to try but, I'll volunteer to bring the tape measure.

The further the better, it's when you stop too suddenly that you ummm... die.

There's dirt and gravel on Wolf creek rd around milepost 8. Covers the downhill lane. :crash:
Be careful out there.
