Default What is a "Track day"

This might be good for people who are thinking about doing a track day but are unsure on what to expect. For the first time "Track dayer" it can be very intimidating. This is an audio interview with a lead instructor from a track day organizer from the east coat. He answers a lot of questions for a first timer that might just help with the intimidation of going to a track for the first time. It's a little long but informative. So if your thinking of your first time "track day", this might help you out a little bit. GET OUT THERE AND DO IT.
